91% of Malawians in working age bracket are jobless. 1 in 3 youth lack access to mentorship and as such, they lose focus along the way. Today over 75 million young people globally have no decent job. It’s estimated that in the next decade, 1 billion young people will enter the job market, looking for jobs whilst many others, face a future of irregular and informal employment.
This is a mammoth task that demands partnerships with stakeholders to solve the complex problem of skills, talent, mentorship and unemployment.
Our Purpose

This is a 5-week program designed for youth and women who want to setup and grow their businesses. The certification course provides practical and professional knowledge in entrepreneurship and how to build a sustainable business and grow it with a professional touch.
